Founded in 2015 by industry experts Llyr Emanuel and Dan Oliver, we combine decades of experience with deep market insight and rigorous analysis to provide strategic, client-focused solutions. Llyr Emanuel
BSc (Hons) MRICS

With some three decades of expertise in retail agency and investment, Llyr has a track record in providing all round advice to high street and shopping centre landlords throughout the UK. Llyr also provides comprehensive acquisition, disposal and strategic advice to a number of prominent retailers. He has an extensive knowledge of towns and markets. Key clients include, Wirral and Shropshire Councils, Mostyn Estates, The Co-operative Group, Specsavers, Pavers Shoes, The Eric Wright Group and Jones Bootmakers. Outside the office, Llyr enjoys watching football and rugby, makes an attempt to ski, cycle and fish, but mainly spends his time at the side of a sports pitch watching one of his three children.

Dan Oliver
BSc (Hons) MRICS

Dan brings over three decades of expertise in the retail and leisure property sector, specialising in agency, investment, development, and rent review/lease renewals. He represents both landlords and tenants across shopping centres, high streets, and roadside properties throughout the UK, with a strong focus on the North of England and Wales. Dan is also a trusted partner for leading national retailers, including Costa, Heron Foods, and Specsavers. Away from the office, Dan enjoys spending time at the gym, diving back into his competitive swimming roots, coaching or playing cricket, or tackling the steepest climbs he can find on his road bike.
