Emanuel Oliver is a dynamic retail and leisure property consultancy.

The company was formed by Llyr Emanuel and Dan Oliver in 2015. Our considerable experience, detailed understanding of the market, expert analysis and client-focused approach provides our clients with high quality advice and results.

Llyr Emanuel
BSc (Hons) MRICS

With over 20 years agency and investment experience, Llyr has a track record in providing leasing advice to shopping centre and high street landlords throughout the UK.

Llyr also provides acquisition, disposal and strategic advice to a number of prominent retailers.

Key clients include, LaSalle Investment Management, Frogmore, CBRE Global Investors, Aviva, Specsavers, Yorkshire Building Society, The Co-operative Group and Mococo.

Dan Oliver
BSc (Hons) MRICS

Dan has over 20 years experience in the retail and leisure market dealing with agency, investment, development and rent review/ lease renewals. He deals with agency matters for Landlord and Tenants on Shopping Centres, High Street and roadside properties throughout the UK with particular emphasis on the North and Wales. In addition he is retained to acquire stores on behalf of nationwide retailers including Costa, Heron Foods and Specsavers.

Peter Rowe
BSc (Hons) MRICS

Peter has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry specialising in agency and investment advice in the retail and leisure sectors throughout the UK. Prior to joining Emanuel Oliver, Peter ran his own Property Consultancy business and before that he worked for Savills between 2006 and 2013.

Peter currently acts for a range of Landlords including institutional funds, Prop Co’s and private individuals whilst on the occupational side acting for a variety of national occupiers.
